Pros

One thing that I have enjoyed at Wave Management is the family/team dynamic they have here. I wake up every morning excited to go to work mainly because I really enjoy the people that I work with. They do team night every Thursday which shows that they actually care about the people that work for the business and want to get to know who we are outside of the business as well.

Cons

This business is full of young individuals.

This company is strictly based on performance and merit. In 4 weeks I got my first promotion and advanced into a leadership role where my management training program began. I advanced a lot faster than some of my peers that had been there a little longer solely based on my performance rather than it being based on seniority.

Cons

A lot of leadership skills must be learned and developed from within the company.
