People are great - extra smart and fun to work with. Doing extremely well - amazing customer logos (best in industry), doubling subscription revenue y/y, very high renewal rates. Great product, best in the market for enterprise customers, easy to explain the differentiation from box & dropbox. Excellent management team, transparent and high integrity. Working as a team no politics.

Work life balance can be a challenge as at times working very long hours. R&D in Israel is extremely professional and supportive but time zone makes it a challenge.

Having the HQ in Palo Alto, the field team spread out, and the R and D team in Israel makes it harder to develop a consistent company culture. Lots of interactions are over WebEx, email, Chatter, etc. rather than in person, and time zone differences make work/life balance a challenge.
