Pros
Used to be a great place to grow and contribute. But WalkMe has gone down hill over the last few years, and is now a very toxic place to work.
Cons
There has been so much turnover and departure by senior leaders - really good people in high level positions aren't staying here. This is a problem at the very top. The CEO has brought in multiple new C-Level leaders over the last 18 months. These C leaders proceed to turn their org completely inside out - walking great people to the door as they open up new positions for their pals. The CEO keeps letting it happen. He doesn't care about protecting the good people that have given this company so much. There have been multiple layoffs since January this year, despite the CEO standing in front of the entire company after the first round saying "this is it, we won't have anymore layoffs this year." Multiple times they have hired people into newly formed roles, only to lay them off a couple months later. Always a knee jerk reaction to low sales performance. The product is considered a 'nice to have' by most companies, so it's tough to sell. The culture is a massive party culture, lots of drinking. CEO only cares about the team in Tel Aviv. If you're not one of the insiders/pals of a C-level, then you won't grow here. They put out a "org health" survey, and ask you to be really honest - but then you are retaliated against for providing candid feedback. There is no sense of inclusion or belonging here - and barely any diversity. Shortly after laying off 30% of her team, one of the "People Leaders" boasted about getting a big promotion for herself.
