Pros
Able to help patients vis telehealth. Stable work life balance, weekends off, holidays off and nights off. They allow you to flex your schedule if you come in late and understand if something comes up.
Cons
Low pay. Very repetitive job, no room to expand role. Micromanagement from supervisors, following rules (SOPs) that do not allow pharmacist to make clinical judgement. Always having to use PTO with no separate sick leave or vacation hours.
