Pros
It really depends on the managers you work with. I happen to have had two great managers who are very willing to help me move up within the company. They are always supportive of me and offer me great advice. If you show that you are a self-motivated individual, you can be promoted fairly easily. The company is restructuring, so it benefits those that have a business degree.
Cons
The hours and the pay are not that great, but its still better than most of the other retail companies.
