      Great Management team, always helping improve myself to move forward Room for quick advancement Really like the new accountability program Great Cultural Beliefs

      Cons

      Unsure of Corporate's future plans for employees Cutting hours in store No overtime Low pay The ECC program is awkward sometimes and makes me feel more robotic than sincere.

      Pros

      Flexible, not too many things to do, focus on your job, great customers, fun, free products. Working with customers. The area lead was amazing. It went down hill after she left.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
