      If you aren't hired right out of college you will never be promoted. older assistant managers do all the work while the college recruited managers gossip among each other and the cashiers waiting for their inevitable promotion.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
