      Pros

      All the hours you could want.. But no one will appreciate your loyalty. If you enjoy working long hours with no lunch, breaks, or time to use the restroom this place is for you. You learn great negotiating/begging for raises that don't happen but loom on the horizon perpetually.

      Cons

      Low comparative pay. Work with undertrained individuals where you get to carry the load and be blamed for all failures.. High employee turnover due to high stress environment with not enough staff for the workload.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
