Pros
Aside from a paycheck there are none. This was once a company I was proud to work for. Now I am ashamed to work here. Looking for other options to escape the impending doom.
Cons
The staffing model is simple- skeleton crew. Mistakes are increasing exponentially as staffing budgets are sliced smaller and smaller. The dispensing errors are swept under the rug and lawsuits are taken care of with a settlement.
