Expectations for how much work each person in the pharmacy (tech, pharmacist, or pharmacy manager) can get done in a given amount of time are entirely unrealistic. To accomplish all tasks expected of you as a Pharmacy Manager, you will put in an extra 8-10 hours a week beyond the 42 hours per week that your salary is based on. The problem? Staff pharmacists and hourly pharmacists make just as much as you, so they come out far ahead in terms of dollars per hour, bonus included.
