Management is out of touch with reality of pharmacy needs. No support to achieve goals sometimes unachievable. Technician help is inadequate and pharmacist get burn out quickly. There is very little flexibility to change schedules. No life-work balance understanding. You are force to call in sick to take a day off. Women are treated unfairly when they become pregnant, often ignoring their basic needs like chairs or floor pads because they cost money. Script volume is more important than the humans churning up the work load.
