Pros

Work/Life balance still good. Able to remotely connect to work; lots of talent in the building also, so a lot of work can be done in an agile manner (as long as Walgreens isn't involved.)

Cons

Lack of direction from upper levels of management make achieving goals virtually impossible (what ARE the goals?!) The removal of autonomous power from drugstore.com employees in the Bellevue office results in frustrated employees who are continually driven to be more and more disengaged. Compensation NOT on par with other businesses in the region, not even close. There are so many people from HQ brown nosing upper management, it's hard to know who is doing any actual WORK. It makes it very difficult for the people (esp working way over here in Bellevue) to get anything done. Overall, feel heart broken and demolished that Walgreen's ruined the drugstore.com that actually made sense in a span of a few years. Good luck to everyone else still there. Lots of talent remain in the hallways of drugstore.com.

Pros

The management is accommodating and doesn't ask of to much.

Cons

At one point the heat was out during the winter, but i'll say that this was only for about a week.

Pros

Can be a fun environment. All in whom your staff is. Operating photo was fun and building projects for the customers. Learning about pharmacy operations.

Cons

Work life balance and low pay for what is expected. Not having enough payroll to effectively run a store. My store ran FE on a 320 hour a week budget. That was barely enough to get buy and meet the expectations put out by the company. I was never able to keep a full leadership staff. When a leader called out, I had to stay. There were days I was called away from my own dinner table. SM's were forced to be in the pharmacy for more than half of their day regardless as to what is happening in the FE. I worked over 50 hours a week and barely got to spend time with my family. If I wasn't at the store I was getting a phone call and having to go back to the store.
