Great place to gain experience quickly and develop as a pharmacist. I worked with many dedicated technicians and pharmacists who genuinely cared about patients.
Cons
Chronic understaffing created a stressful work environment. Employee well-being often felt like a lower priority than operational metrics. Even when sick, there was significant pressure to come to work due to limited coverage options.
