      Pros

      Standard customer service work. Usually managers were supportive.

      Cons

      Terrible organization. Never got any training so managers had to approve many purchases (alcohol, returns, etc.). Never got put into the system so I had to manually check my schedule in person the day prior to the new week.

      Pros

      Flexible, not too many things to do, focus on your job, great customers, fun, free products. Working with customers. The area lead was amazing. It went down hill after she left.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
