      Pros

      Working on the road all day, away from the people that work for this type of company. Easy to get a job here out of college. Travel for training.

      Cons

      Long list. They use employees to get books of business, then find ways to get rid of them when they start making good money. I won multiple sales contests and had a loyal book of business that left when I did. They lack ethics and are those types of egotistical men and women that think they're better than everyone else. They expect no life outside of work. Seems like you get paid a lot but work 70-80 hours a week. Avoid at all costs.

      **Cons:** Success in this role requires strong time management, self-motivation, and a solid work ethic. It is a fast-paced environment where employees are expected to take initiative and manage responsibilities independently. While there may not always be step-by-step guidance, the company provides the resources, tools, and opportunities needed for those willing to put in the effort and take ownership of their growth.

      Pros

      - Great work location - Company Culture - Hands on Logistics experience - Hybrid work week Too many pros!

      Cons

      - Could use some more vacation hours - I would say 3 weeks throughout the year would be ideal... - Compensation could be a bit higher - but I am entry level so... it's okay for now! - The OneNote - Beyond Brokerage (It just isn't for me - but it is helpful... it's just a lot of information bundled up together).
