Regarding your first comment on that the,” Global network is great,” that is one of the reasons we do utilize staff in Mumbai for many of our processes is because it brings the global aspect into play. The transitioning of processes to Mumbai unfortunately does take time to train staff on process that are often foreign concepts, we understand your frustration, but transitions for success do not happen overnight. When it comes to our relatively new CEO, he does want to see all of our staff succeed and that is why the company has rolled out a new core value system just a few months ago. Those values consist of advocacy, respect, teamwork, development and integrity all associates are expected to uphold those values on a daily basis, as discussed as our values training all associates were encouraged to attend at the beginning of summer.
