      * Work-life balance * Highly intelligent and capable colleagues * Good exposure for interns * Generally, a nice place to work at

      Cons

      * Precarious employment situation for short-term staff. But this comes with the territory in Geneva. It's remarkable how organisations germinated under the utopian ideals of common humanity have incredibly exploitative employment practices. * Geopolitics, no need to say more.
