      Pros

      Great place to work as a young professional, very energetic, smart, and curious group you can learn from and engage with.

      Cons

      This is more about the location than the WTO, but an important fact to keep in mind: Geneva is an extremely expensive city so take that into account

      Pros

      Stability, holidays, health insurance, pension plan, benefits.

      Cons

      Zero mobility, good salaries but can’t match Geneva’s cost of living, boring, bureaucratic, impossible to innovate, lots of government people passing their work on to you and taking your merits, hypocritical directors who manage their feuds with old style, everybody complaining, nobody says hello. Young women watch for directors fishing for fresh meat. Bossy civil servants. Very oldish style. Informality and spontaneous behaviour are almost absent. No new projects, no excitment, no teamwork, no challenges. Old IT equipment.
