Good benefits including hybrid/remote work and 401K match. Decent health insurance. Pay is also competitive.
Cons
Very poor leadership, competition within team and company as a whole, lack of guidance/mentorship for younger staff, lack of vision from leadership team for the future, projects are uninteresting/uninspiring. People are treated like cogs in a wheel, instead of human beings.
