      Consistent inbound, call center call taking. Mass layoffs in 2023. Must consistently meet metrics or be threaten with a PIP. Everyone is on FMLA and/or taking anti-depressants for mental health issues. Play the corporate game.

      Pros

      Full-time with benefits. Includes a 401K. Opportunities for promotion.

      Cons

      Not the best, but it pays the bills. There is a daily quota of accessories or phones to sell and you can get in trouble if you don't. 3 random calls will get surveyed to see how they feel and if they give you below a minimum score, you'll be in trouble with QA.
