      Horrible management! The management team is the worst! The turnover is high because the managers are terrible to work for! Pay isn't worth the abuse and stress

      Pros

      The people you meet here are some of the greatest, most hardworking people in the world. I’ve made lifelong friends at this place.

      Cons

      Management is very messy. They will tell you one thing one day and the opposite the next. Their standards are different for everyone and a lot of the younger staff get taken advantage of (working crap hours, training). The pay is also horrible for a legacy station and the pay increases each year are laughable.
