Pros

I do not have one single pro for this company

Cons

As a rep you are micro managed to the max. Every second of your day is set for you and completely robotic. There is no space to be human. You get marked down for any “personal time” meaning getting a cup of water or using the restroom…. The pay is not livable and you are required to do so much with such little pay. I have only been working here for 4 weeks and I have never been so miserable. I am already interviewing for another job. Might I add, almost all of the other people who were hired with me are also miserable. We have a group chat where we talk about how unsupported and ignored we are by management. The supervisors talk about how great this company is and how supportive everyone is and it actually makes me laugh because it is quite literally the exact opposite. They have asked us after our training and the start of our nesting period to provide feedback and ask for what we need. We all spoke up about what problems we are facing and they ignored us completely. The clearly can not keep employees because they have pushed us through so fast that we didn’t even get our full training. When I tell you don’t waste your mind, I mean it. It is such a waste, so disappointing and one of the most degrading jobs I have worked.

Pros

to be honest no pros.

Cons

Working here was stressful, I was starting to deal with anxiety and panic attacks especially when dealing with my Supervisor who was awful since the moment he arrived. I'm one to always be respectful no matter what but at some point you loose respect and you can't allow anyone to disrespect doesn't matter if he's your boss. They fire the hard working people while keeping the ones that do more damage in the work place. Ones that could hurt other employees yet nothing was done while firing the good ones. The Manager that arrived before I was let go was even worst! I wasn't sure what I needed to let her know or not know because since day one when I communicated with her she just brushed me off and never got back to me about anything or she told me to take her off all the emails she was attached to. Then threaten me on an email if I didn't show up to work when I had requested a day off. I mean there's a lot more I can say about both of them. Now about HR... after I was let go I requested termination documents and personnel file in January I waited a month to do a follow up got the run arounds then I was told they were going to get back to me. I waited and did another follow up they ignored my email I did another follow up and got ignored again we are now in April still nothing.
