      Pros

      Very little unless your willing to sacrifice self respect and life. Slight software knowledge and industry training.

      Cons

      working hours, environment, training is poor, expectations, managers have no time to fully support staff as everyone is stretched so thin. very draining and unsatisfying work location.

      There are no pros at all

      Cons

      Run run run. Upper WCD management does nothing to protect employees who are employed by agencies. No drug test required, employees using drugs in the workplace, on their breaks and then operating machinery, forklifts. No training whatsoever and expect you to be a mind reader about procedures, safety issues etc. . .
