There is no direction, poorly managed and selective communication. Hypocritical management will tell individuals they promote within, yet hire outside of the facility. You can succeed if you are willing to get into the inner circle of middle management. Finger pointing is also a trademark that runs rampant within this company. Benefits package, and wages need to be looked at long and hard. The most over used word with WCD ... team, there is no team unless you are willing to play the "game"

no raises, no cost of living increases, no profit sharing, no bonuses, no chances to advance, company does NOT promote from within and only hires outsiders, HIGH turnover rate for employees, no leadership, production employees are responsible for inventory management and pricing jobs, terribly ugly and disorganized production floor, management does not listen to employee concerns, production equipment is old, and they are still running windows XP on alot of computers, equipment maintenance is a joke, terrible communication between shifts, company is loosing money and struggling and has been steadily laying off its workforce for 2 years (over 70%), and looking for any reason to fire employees so they dont have to pay severance pay, benefit plan is a HUGE ripoff and they deduct 200$ from your paycheck a month for family plan without tier system, employee morale is LOW, very little employee parking.
