      If you live in NJ hours are okay.

      Cons

      NO real bonus, limited increase in salary. Most everyone who works in a decent role got the job due to who they are married to or who is in their family. It is a very "Mad Men" type of workplace. Have seen coffee and lunch served by their "girls" , "secretaries" and "admins".

      Chill environment and total freedom on the job. Not high pressure at all. Be diligent with your work and you will do just fine.
