Pros

Great and talented coworkers and project leads. 100 % Remote work and flexible work hours. It works good for people who already have a main job and take as a second job.

Cons

After this contract agency took over the project years ago, it has gotten worse and worse. - Extremely low pay for bilingual workers. It used to be fair and there was a space to grow and ask for a pay raise if you give the result and quality. - Terrible support from HR and IT. They don't pay for the hours when the laptop the agency provided had issues and we can't work. Their IT reaches you in the middle of the night while I was sleeping because they live in another country. - Awful treatment after you put your time and effort into many projects they asked to do for years. They will invite you to the Teams meeting "Quick Sync" on the previous night and let you go the next day. They will shut your account down within 10 minutes, so make sure to share contact info with your coworkers who want to keep in touch in person. There is no time to say goodbye to them. PTO and Sick hours we earned over years will be gone, so make sure to use them before they lay you off.

Pros

I really appreciate the work environment a lot as there are people from all over the world, different cultures and different perspectives.

Cons

Even though our job is completely remote, I would like a yearly submit so we can get together more

Pros

First off, I work with folks from all kinds of backgrounds, speaking different languages, and it brings a unique expertise to the table. It’s not just “diversity” on paper; it actually shapes how we solve problems and makes every day interesting. Feedback is noted and often turned into a clearer process. That structure helps me understand what’s expected and where I can grow and also you eventually see improvements when it comes to processes. And speaking of growth. I’ve been given real responsibility, learned tons, and still feel like there’s room to keep stretching. My favorite part of the job? I enjoy setting up systems in the background and guiding people through them. Some days there are lots of handoffs, sure — but when I get to support someone who reminds me of my earlier self, it feels meaningful. Like I’m paying forward the help I once got. What makes it rewarding: Seeing someone grow, helping them find their way, knowing my experience can make their path a little easier and acting as a team where we grow or expand on our skills..

Cons

Process & Handoffs: The emphasis on process can sometimes lead to numerous handoffs, which may slow down execution or create complexity in collaboration. However, could be resolved as proper allocation is assigned. Growth is Self-Directed: While opportunities exist, there is an expectation that you will proactively navigate your own development and identify "room for improvement." A more structured growth or mentorship path could be beneficial.
