Pros
Nice and friendly people, willing to help with knowledge and info about the products & technology, when I first started in the company. A chance to work in a global enviroment with teams from all over the world, as Visonic belongs to a global corporate.
Cons
Low salary Frequent organizational changes, which are making it very difficult to do your job effectively, recieve guidance from superiors and support. Multiple and exhausting work processes, which again are somtimes making it hard to get things done.
