The company is great! I feel supported, I work with smart people and have great resources to complete my work efficiently from home. Time off policy is generous, especially because of winter break! Love summer Fridays and the ability to take off for personal holidays aside from the ones that are company instated. The company is constantly undergoing improvements and is very forward thinking.

We are still working from home but I look forward to the day when we can be in the office 1-2x a week.

Not the typical holding company, it allows entrepreneurs be just that. It’s nimble and solidly managed all around.

Not many other than lacking scale in some international regions. I believe they will continue to build out the network though.
