Interviewed with multiple C-level execs: 3 interviews and 3 stages. introduced by an executive recruiter. I thought i was going to get the job but last minute they decided to hire someone else. It was a surprise to recruiter and me
I had an initial call with someone from HR for one of their agencies. It was a pretty informal chat but I feel like they spoke more than they asked about my experience or background. They were very uppity about the agency life to the point where it was off putting. They kept mentioning how this is a more senior role with senior expectations and you should be aware you will be expected to go above and beyond the role description. If this is a "more senior role", say that in the title, reflect it in the pay, and be transparent in the job description.
