The CEO is one of the most morally corrupt and insecure human beings. From lying about the finances of the company to lying to clients, to tarnishing the well-regarded images of past employees, to secretly listening in on conversations between employees/meetings, he does it all! No dirty trick is beneath him! Leadership uses fear-mongering tactics to scare employees from asking questions or offering a perspective that's different from theirs, leading to highly unethical company decisions. Unless you are desperate for a job, do not join this company!
