Pros

Before being bought out, the culture was nice and while they had issues things went decently smoothly.

Cons

Leadership was always lacking and there was often communication issues. After being bought out, things quickly worsened with everything turning sour.

Pros

Vision provides the support to admins in order to help homeowner's to the best of our abilities. They offer paid for education to help advance in your career. The admin team has fun outings to bring the team together. We also have random raffles, holiday fun, and treats that continue the positive atmosphere. Other industries are struggling to pay a fair wage and benefits. Here I feel I am being compensated fairly well compared to my work in other industries. Supervisors are very understanding and open to employee needs. I am not afraid to ask questions or for time-off like I have at previous jobs. There is a wellness program to encourage a healthy lifestyle where you can earn more PTO/Vacation Time for the year. There is a 30 min lunch and Two- 15 min breaks. There is a full functioning kitchen and tables for your breaks. We are encouraged to decorate our desk which helps with creating a nice environment for yourself when you spend majority time in the office. The CEO is friendly and always cracking jokes. He has a few dogs that my visit your desk from time to time. It is nice to see an owner wanting to converse with employees.

Cons

You have to have tough skin. Angry callers come with the territory. You will be yelled at and called names from time to time by homeowners. Luckily there are managers, supervisors, and even Board members that will support you along the way.
