Interview
I met with the VP of Management Services first. I didn't feel rushed. I was asked questions related to my resume and experience. She explained the position requirements and answered all of my questions truthfully. I value honesty. Sugarcoating is not something I value. Everything she told me was accurate, as I'm still here and can verify that by experience. I then met with the company VP for more Q & A. What I liked about the interview process was that they were very thorough and sincere.

Something along the lines of, "Tell me of a time where you had to handle a difficult situation or person." Great question because you sometimes have to deal with difficult homeowners or even board members.
