      The benefits are good and the company is definitely strong.

      Cons

      Too many managers. Directors and VP's with no direct reports. Need to cut out the unnecessary middle management. Communication to subordinates is lacking.

      Good work life balance overall, great benefits, generally nice coworkers

      Cons

      Leadership is increasingly disconnected from employees, constant expectation to do more with less which is creating a culture much more toxic and competitive than the one that existed under previous CEO. Leadership places profits over people and it shows in every decision they make.
