Pros
- The director is awesome and knows what she's doing - Students bring in all types of writing work so no two appointments feel the same - Work in the library so it's easy to get to - Flexible hours and schedule
Cons
Since your schedule can be flexible, coaches clocked in and out throughout the day. I felt kind of disconnected from the other coaches because even if we had overlap in our schedules, we usually had appointments, so there was no way to really stay connected.
