Job security, amazing benefits, flexibility, opportunity to make an impact, and be part of a great community.
Cons
The pay for my role felt a bit underwhelming, however great benefits made up for it. The work-pace can be much slower and less efficient given it’s an academic vs corporate environment. There’s also some political red tape and systemic viewpoints that felt imposing.
