      Pros

      Nice place to work! More and more professors and students are moving to this new research center but there are still a lot of space. You can always find a quiet place to think about your problems

      Cons

      Pressure sometimes is very high due to the upcoming deadline for proposals. As a satellite campus, almost nothing you can do expect research, no other facilities.

      Pros

      The experience was great. The PI was amazing and kind and I learned a lot, definitely would do it again. It yielded great results for me such as publication. I recommend for medical school or graduate school.

      Cons

      Difficult to justify if you don’t plan to have a research career, graduate or professional school because the pay is lower than other positions available in Blacksburg.
