      The hours are very flexible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The work is not too strenuous.

      Cons

      Clear descriptions for employees would be nice. Fully understanding chain of command also would be good

      Pros

      The experience was great. The PI was amazing and kind and I learned a lot, definitely would do it again. It yielded great results for me such as publication. I recommend for medical school or graduate school.

      Cons

      Difficult to justify if you don’t plan to have a research career, graduate or professional school because the pay is lower than other positions available in Blacksburg.
