      Pros

      It is very flexible for students. Allows one to choose their own schedule and are able to take off days as needed.

      Cons

      Very repetitive and boring. Requires one to concentrate on the same situations everyday all day. While not a very difficult job it is mentally taxing and can leave you frustrated.
