Pros
Great people and environment to live in. Primary and Secondary schools are very good. University is very diverse and has many activities. I find they support long-term employment and value committment to the institution.
Cons
State-run budget makes for very slow raises and cost of living increases. Big institution implies a lot of overhead and a lot of policies to navigate.
