Pros

I worked at one of the libraries for a little over 2 years. It was a desk job where I managed circulation, cleaned the tables and chairs (during the pandemic), answered people's questions and phone calls, scanned academic journals, and managed 3D printing. My manager was flexible with scheduling since all of the employees were students. We were allowed to work on schoolwork if we weren't busy. Overall, it was a good experience that helped me to earn some money as a full-time student.

Cons

I was paid minimum wage, which was a lot lower when I was a student.

Pros

Very flexible with what hours you can choose.
