Good learning experience especially if you are new to the fitness industry If you are looking to stay on in the industry it’s a good way of learning how to sell yourself as a trainer and learn from your senior colleagues about different aspects of fitness.
Cons
You got to hustle in the beginning. It’s not easy initially. Working hours can be very demanding but it’s a norm in the industry Your days can be very physically demanding especially when you have to teach group classes and train PT clients.
