Pros
Company has a very high standards of protecting it's people which is the asset. Great benefits and medical coverage.
Cons
Managers don't listen to the people on their difficulties on the ground nor help whenever is possible. Therefore, alot of staff leave due to poor management skills. Protecting their rice bowl in order to maintain their position managerial positions. Leaving a tough place to work for ordinary staff in the long run.
