Hi there, Great to hear you're enjoying your time at Virgin Active and are having a great experience at our Chelmsford club. We try to be as supportive as possible for our PTs, as we know it can be hard to work in the industry. We only offer employed positions for our PTs, charge no rent, pay pension & holidays, provide training, CPD & uniforms as well as free membership for you and a buddy to help you on your way. Our tier system in place is designed to engage our PTs and drive them to be as successful as possible - we know it can be hard to start with which is why all of our PTs have in club support from their Head Coach, General Manager & Regional PT Specialist.
