Virgin Active is good with rewarding, if you come to work everyday and do not mess about. It is easy to work your way up. Free gym membership for you and a friend and you can access any one of them in England.
Cons
Big rotation of people due to low salary. People often get fed up and move onto something else. Also, the communication between the departments is very poor.
