Pros
people orientated and focused. Great at progressing from within, be it front line to hod. There are lots of examples past and present. Exciting future with the sale of 35 clubs, may be expansion on the horizon.
Cons
have just sold 35 clubs so progression may be limited, time will tell. Lots of uncertainty at the moment but that will settle with time
