      Free membership to VA club - 50% off on Kauai products Full barista training Location are ok and usually accessible Hours are ok

      Cons

      No food on shift (like huh?) No coffee on shift (double huh?) This is more than a FOH job, you will have to cover kitchen, prep, foh, service, barista, KP,... it's. a lot for minimum pay
