      well-organized work system can work with many people

      Cons

      everything changes so fast. If they want, they can disband and lay off a team in a minute some people don't really work there.

      Pros

      People I worked with in the Irvine office were great, friendly, and hard working.

      Cons

      Had to run everything by Vietnam team which made things less efficient. Had a lot of differing opinions to Vietnam team with how they operate and want to do things.
