Cons
- Toxic culture - No vision - Bad management from the Head office in Vietnam. Not adapted at all to Western practices. They use shaming and punishment. They openly talk about how Western people are lazy because they take vacations. Their management practices are close to the ones used in the 19th Century. - Unrealistic deadlines - Nepotism - Disrespectful leaders from the HeadOffice - Authoritarian philosophy - Working day and night without recognition - High turnover rate - No autonomy, everything has to be decided by the Chairman - Decisions are never explained, you just need to shut up and execute. Maybe, it's because the vast majority are unexplainable. - Initiatives are not welcome.
