      Pros

      Higher salary than same job at other companies in Vietnam. Many experts in the major of tech and automotive. Good place to try

      Cons

      But not good place to stay for a long time. Easily burnt out. Formal bosses and there is no work life balance

      Pros

      People I worked with in the Irvine office were great, friendly, and hard working.

      Cons

      Had to run everything by Vietnam team which made things less efficient. Had a lot of differing opinions to Vietnam team with how they operate and want to do things.
