Pros

Pay is quite good. Consistent hours. Easy work.

Cons

Most of management has no backbone, trying to dodge confrontation instead of handling the issue. Union plays favorites pretty heavily (I've been on both sides of that). No advancement opportunities, they would rather hire in than promote from within. Hard work doesn't pay off, you are all the same whether you're busting it or slacking off. Down to a skeleton crew right now, seems no one wants to come work here. You will be bad mouthed; rumors are horrible here, perpetuated often enough by management.

Pros

The pay and benefits were competitive, and for much of my time there I worked alongside a strong, capable team that took pride in its work.

Cons

Management became increasingly focused on upward mobility and less engaged with supporting or developing the people doing the work. Employees often felt replaceable rather than valued, which led to declining morale and a breakdown of what had once been a solid team environment. While the company promotes formal reporting channels through HR, my experience did not reflect a supportive or protective process for those who speak up. Overall, this company can be a good place to work in terms of compensation and the quality of coworkers, but meaningful improvements are needed in leadership accountability, communication, and organizational clarity to retain experienced employees and rebuild trust.
